The Base of Vertigo is a fiction told by two brothers, Fido and Roger, a legitimate one and a renegade, about their sibship battling against the Congo's red years, the inheritance of the colonization, then the arrival of the democracy with all its tumult… Their hope is felt by the tear of the family fabric.
